Hi Henry, what I recommend in these cases is to go for the EB2 NIW online course (link at the bottom and the top of this page), because you will get all the downloadable materials (my own petition) plus 10 modules full of video lectures explaining each part of the process and how to write. In reply to Serhii. Hi Serhii, USCIS still accepts the "old" ETA form, so my suggestion is to continue using it until they issue new guidance.

In reply to Emely. Hi Emely, my personal rule is one year for letters. And they should be detailed, specific, provide examples. Yes, linkedin printout is possible too, but CV always looks better. You can learn these and other things in my online course, and I will be there to reply questions within a day.

Hi Oscar,
I am Industrial Engineer with more thatn 14 years of experience in differents industries, I own Bachelor and master degree from abroad, the master is acreditted by ACBSP and both passed the US equivalente from wolrd education service (WES) in 2016. I am currently living at USA with my family and I’ve been toying about the idea of filing the EB2-INW.

I can support peers recomendations letter regarding achivements in my profession, projects work experience and perhasp comply with requirements stablished. I am not sure about how to justify “Substantial Merit and National Importance”. Do you thinkg that by buyin your guide documents i can better understand and light me up with the pursepose.

Hi Oscar,

Amazing content you have brought to us looking to apply for this type of visa. One question i have is, i already have 2 recommendation letters from two experts from abroad that i have worked with them, however since i have not worked too much with them just a few projects.. they gave me a 1 half page recommendation. Are those type of recommendation letters valuable for USICS?
Another question, i do not have their CVs but they signed also including their linkedIn link. Is this valuable?
In addition, you mentioned old recommendations are not considered, they are recent but i have not started the process yet, how long can i hold this recomendations? 3 months at least? I started asking for this letters first.

Hi Oscar, In completing the WES application for NIW, I am prompted to designate a recipient. Should I select “United States Citizenship and Immigration Services” as the recipient for the WES evaluation?
If selecting “United States Citizenship and Immigration Services” is appropriate, I would appreciate your guidance on the subsequent steps, regarding the state and address of the USCIS needed for the next step.
